I joined Endorphs Live Well program for the over 50's & haven't looked back. Lovely small friendly group, working in pairs to build strength & endurance. Connor & Lucy are just brilliant at what they do. They're full of enthusiasm which creates a sense of community & they're great at providing personalised support. Would definately recommend to anyone looking to get fit in a welcoming environment.
