More than a gym, a supportive community helping adults feel healthier, stronger, and more confident for life.
At Endorph Fitness, we believe exercise should feel welcoming, encouraging, and sustainable, not intimidating.
Whether you’re returning to fitness after years away or starting for the very first time, our coaches and community are here to support you every step of the way. No mirrors. No egos. No pressure. Just real people achieving real results together.

“I started Endorph fitness because I saw too many people feeling intimidated, uncomfortable or completely overlooked in traditional gyms. Fitness shouldn’t feel embarrassing or overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to improve your health and feel better about yourself. Our goal has always been to create a supportive environment where everyday people, especially adults over 35, can build confidence, get stronger and enjoy exercise without pressure or judgement. I’m far more interested in helping people create sustainable habits and long-term health than chasing quick fixes or extreme transformations that don’t last. Seeing members walk in feeling nervous and gradually become happier, healthier and more confident is still the best part of what we do. During my free time you’ll likely find me drinking coffee with Boo (Holly) playing with our mini dachschund biscuit or trying to catch a fish."

"One of the things I love most about coaching is helping people realise they're capable of more than they thought. Whether someone's goal is to lose weight, get stronger, improve their confidence or simply feel healthier, it's incredibly rewarding to be part of that journey. I know that starting, or getting back into exercise, can feel daunting. That's why my coaching style is supportive, encouraging and completely judgement-free. Everyone starts somewhere, and I'm here to help you build confidence, create sustainable habits and enjoy the process along the way. One of my favourite parts of coaching is getting to know our members. Some sessions are about helping someone through a challenging time in their life, while others are filled with laughter from start to finish. Building genuine relationships is what makes this job so special to me. I'm often described as bubbly and energetic, and I love bringing positivity into every session. Seeing our members enjoying their training, making new friends and achieving goals they never thought possible makes me incredibly proud. Whether it's feeling more confident, moving better, losing weight or becoming stronger, every success is worth celebrating. When I'm not at the gym, you'll usually find me spending time with friends and family or with my fiancé, as we're busy planning our wedding next year. If you're looking to feel your best for a wedding, holiday or simply everyday life, I'd love to help you get there."

"I love helping people discover just how capable they really are. While it's always rewarding to see physical changes, what means the most to me is watching someone grow in confidence, enjoy exercise again and become more consistent than they ever thought possible. I particularly enjoy working with people who need a little extra support. Many of our members have never felt comfortable in traditional gyms, so creating a welcoming environment where people feel encouraged, supported and genuinely enjoy coming to train is something I'm passionate about. It's amazing to see people arrive feeling nervous and, over time, become confident, happier and healthier versions of themselves. My coaching style is supportive, encouraging and fun. I'll always meet you where you're at, but I also know when you're capable of a little more than you think. Helping people achieve things they never imagined they could is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. People often describe me as a great listener, approachable and always positive. I want every member to feel heard, supported and confident that they're never facing their journey alone. What makes me proudest as a coach is seeing our members become the best version of themselves—not just physically, but in the way they carry themselves, the confidence they build and the healthier habits they create. Whether you're just starting out or have exercised before, I love helping people unlock their potential and build a healthier, stronger future. Outside of the gym, I love spending time with my family, friends, my partner Connor and our dachshund, Biscuit. You'll often find us exploring National Trust walks (usually with a coffee and cookie in hand because life's all about balance!). I'm also a huge fitness enthusiast and enjoy taking part in events like HYROX, 10Ks and Parkruns—but above all, I believe fitness should help you enjoy life, not take it over."

I joined over 18 months ago, not sure what to expect. Endorph is a unique place, the coaches are fantastic and supportive. They really look after you and what’s best for you too. Like-minded people within the gym, and I have met some great friends. For me it’s been a great place to build my fitness and to help me focus on the day ahead with a clear mind (...).

I joined Endorphs Live Well program for the over 50's & haven't looked back. Lovely small friendly group, working in pairs to build strength & endurance. Connor & Lucy are just brilliant at what they do. They're full of enthusiasm which creates a sense of community & they're great at providing personalised support. Would definately recommend to anyone looking to get fit in a welcoming environment.

I joined Endorph Fitness about 15 months ago, and I'm so pleased I did. Connor, Lucy, and Holly are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely support your fitness goals, making you feel valued and motivated. Endorph is different to other gyms I have used in the past, as you're not left to your own devices; you are supported every step of the way. (...)
