Monday: 6:00am, 6:45am, 9:30am, 3:00pm (Over 50's), 5:30pm, 6:15pm

Fit for Life

Wednesday & Friday: 6:00am, 6:45am, 9:30am, 3:00pm

Strength

Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00am, 6:45am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 7:15pm

Over 50's Strength

Wednesday: 5:30pm, 7:15pm
Friday: 5:30pm

Hybrid

Saturday: 7:45am or 9:00am (90-minute session)

Perfect if you're just getting started. Work at your own pace in our Private Coaching Space 1-1 with an Expert Coach.

£45 per session

Monthly Coaching 

Build consistency and results with our monthly coaching. No guesswork 45 minute group PT sessions and a framework that works WITH YOU.

£151- £172 per month or

£35 - 40 per week

6 Week Kickstart

A structured programme designed to kickstart your strength and fitness. Includes coaching, accountability, and a clear plan to help you feel stronger, fitter, and more confident.

Drop-In Session

Flexible option to try a session or train without commitment. Perfect if you want to experience Endorph before joining. Please note your first session will be on us, simply reach out.
